SHIPPING

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and the destination of the items in your order. Orders ship 2-5 business days from when the order was placed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please refer to your tracking email for delivery details.

Kindly note that once your order has shipped from our studio, we are unable to change the shipping address or reroute the package. 

RETURNS

Due to the handmade nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, we want you to enjoy your EMIKE LUXURY experience and your satisfaction is important to us. Please contact hello@emikeluxury.com with feedback if you are unsatisfied and we will do our best to make you happy.

DAMAGES

We do our best to ensure that our products are packaged to prevent damages. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please send an email to hello@emikeluxury.com with your order # and a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery.

DISCLAIMER

After orders leave the studio, EMIKE LUXURY is not responsible for the loss of a parcel, delivery errors or damaged parcels. Please ensure your shipping information is up to date before finalizing your order as EMIKE LUXURY is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

Please note that duties and/or taxes are not included in our prices and EMIKE LUXURY is not responsible for any customs charges, duties or taxes incurred for US or International orders. Packages will be marked at full value in accordance with the law.
